Seller Information 

We are at capacity for Seller Registrations.

Registrations for the 2027 Trade Event will open in Oct/Nov this year.

Who Will Attend?

Seller/Allied Members

  • About 130 visitor products are expected to participate
  • Must be TECNZ Members
  • Attraction and activities
  • Transport operators
  • Tourism service providers

Industry

  • Regional Tourism Organisations (no appointment stream)

Buyers 

  • Up to 150 buyers are anticipated
  • Sellers can expect up to 30 appointments across the two day event (up to a maximum of 40 pre scheduled) 
  • Wholesale travel trade from throughout New Zealand and Australia
  • Buyers travelling from outside Auckland will be fully hosted by TECNZ (accommodation and flights where applicable)
  • Inbound Tour Operators (ITOs) and Destination Management Companies (DMCs)
    • Principals, Product Managers, Itinerary planners & travel designers, frontline staff
  • In 2026, we will be inviting retail travel trade from Australia. A first for a NZ travel trade show

Event Format

Each registered Seller/Allied Member company will be allocated floor space that will include one 1.8m table with two chairs. This will be branded with the company/product name both on physical signage and on the floor plan.

Buyers will move between their appointments as per their pre-scheduled appointments. Each appointment will be 12 minutes, with 3 minutes transition time.

Seller/Allied Member Companies may only have one Primary Seller and the option of one additional person at the same table on the same appointment schedule ($500 plus GST). There is a maximum one appointment stream per Seller Product Registration.

Regional Tour Operator and Tourism Service Provider members are welcome to register for a single table - this includes ONE representative and no appointment stream.
