Your Space/Setup/What to bring

Included is a 1.8m trestle table (white tablecloth) with two chairs each side.

Signage is provided with your product name and stand number.

Banners

We encourage table top pullup banners – A4 or A3 portrait size.

There are no fixed panel walls to adhere any signage too.

You may bring a tall traditonal pull up banner however, they may be moved to allow line of sight for neighbouring sellers and clarity for buyers to see the stand numbers. We appreciate your understanding.

Custom Stand Design

You are welcome to design a custom space that reflects your brand and style within the sqm allocated.For example you

• May like to add plants to enhance your space
• Change out the trestle for coffee / cafe table and lounge furniture
• Bring a prop
• Dress your table with amenities or items that reflect your product or service.

Additional floor space

If you would like additional floor space for a custom furniture setup, please enquire. This will be subject to availability.

There will be a Planning Webinar for Sellers prior to the event in March 2026, date TBA.

• A seller presentation, in digital or print format
• Clear, concise information that highlights your key selling points
• Have your wholesale rates accessible to discuss
• Anything new/any changes to terms & developments

IMPORTANT

WIFI is available and complimentary

There is NO power available to your stand but there will be easily accessible power stations near by. 

Multiple water and refreshments stations will be nearby.
