Join us at the TECNZ Trade Event 2027, bringing together New Zealand tourism products and key travel trade Buyers for two days of business appointments, networking and industry connections.
Seller participation is available to TECNZ Allied Members through an Expression of Interest (EOI) process, which is now closed.
Registration Costs & Inclusions
The following registration options are available for the 2027 TECNZ Trade Event. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST.
Primary Allied Member Registration
NZ$3,300 + GST
Includes one complimentary representative.

Additional Seller Registration
NZ$500 per person + GST
Maximum one additional seller per Allied Member.

NZ$100 per person + GST
Wednesday 21 April 2027 only.

Regional Tourism Organisations
NZ$2,500 + GST
Available to TECNZ Member Regional Tourism Organisations. Limited to one representative.

Seller Registration
The TECNZ Trade Event is now fully subscribed and currently has no availability. If you are interested in participating as a Seller, we invite you to submit a waitlist request.
Important information
- Seller places are limited and submitting a waitlist request does not guarantee acceptance.
- Should space become available, successful Sellers will be invited to complete and confirm their registration (from December 2026).
- Full payment is due on the 20th of the month following registration confirmation.

What to Expect
The TECNZ Trade Event provides an opportunity for Sellers to meet with travel trade Buyers through a structured programme of business appointments.
- Up to 40 pre-scheduled B2B appointments, each lasting 12 minutes.
- A dressed trestle table with Seller signage and up to two chairs on either side.
- Buyers move between Seller tables according to their appointment schedules.
- Additional sellers share the table and appointment schedule.
- Opportunities to network with Buyers and fellow tourism industry professionals.
