Registration Options
All NZ Buyers will be hosted delegates if attending the event for two days. Hosted Buyers will hold the appointment stream. Accompanying Buyers are able to join Hosted Buyers and is a good opportunity for training.
All rates are GST exclusive.

Terms/Cancellations
Accommodation and Flights
Cancellations within 14 days for Hosted Buyer accommodation will incur a full cancelation fee of $300 per room per night which you / your company will be liable for.
Flights are booked directly and you are therefore responsible for any cancellations, changes and upgrades and related fees.
Flight reimbursements will be paid on 20th May 2027 as long the airline receipt and an invoice for that amount made out to Tourism Export Council of NZ has been received PRIOR TO 16 April 2027.
Should you cancel your attendance the flight credit will no longer be applicable.
The flight credit is payable on the basis all appointments and all elements of the Trade Show programme have been attended by the Hosted Buyer.
Name changes are possible and any costs incurred are to be covered by the individual’s business/company.
Event Cancellations and Amendments
If you have registered for the event and if you are no longer able to attend the TECNZ Trade Event, you can replace your registration with another person from your company.
Name changes are permitted up to and including Friday 16 April 2027. Please contact (events@tourismexportcouncil.org.nz) to arrange.
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, our cancellation policy above will apply.
